16. Photo Publication Rules

Any visitor to the web platform may upload photos. However, all photos must comply with the following requirements:

Permitted Photos:

PNG or JPG (JPEG) format, with a resolution of at least 640×480 and a file size not exceeding 10 MB.
Your own photos (to which you hold the copyright) depicting the actual owner of the account.
Photos where the face is clearly and fully visible.
High-quality images without blurring, excessive noise, or glare.

Prohibited Photos:

Containing information that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
That are not subject to your own copyright.
Of an erotic, political, or religious nature.
Depicting third parties (group photos), including children.
Cropped to show only body parts.
Containing scenes of violence, weapons, or illegal activity.
Offensive or insulting in nature.
Promoting drug use, alcohol consumption, or smoking.
Advertising of any kind.

Removal of Photos:

Photos may be removed if they are of insufficient quality.
If they contain clearly explicit advertising or official content.
If they do not comply with the rules for posting photos, violate these Terms of Use, or for any other reason at the administration’s discretion, with or without explanation.

17. Additional User Obligations

You are personally responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to other users and to the administration.
On any page of the platform, the following content is strictly prohibited: insults, defamation, obscene language, pornographic or other immoral material; material that directly or indirectly promotes cruelty, terrorism, or violence; anything that may offend human dignity or religious and other sensitivities; any material that violates the applicable laws of commonly accepted standards.
You are personally responsible for the content you post on the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are not permitted to advertise any goods or services, or to use the web platform for any advertising, without prior written consent from the administration.

By uploading a photograph to the platform, you confirm that it depicts you personally. Erotic or explicit photos are not allowed, and users bear full responsibility for any unlawful posting of such images. You accept full liability for any moral or other damages caused to third parties before the relevant legal authorities.
You must not publish on your profile or on other pages of the platform any content related to violence and/or sexual or other forms of harassment.
You do not have the right to distribute or copy any information published on the platform. All rights are protected by the intellectual property laws.
You may not publish your contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, etc.) on your profile or in any publicly viewable sections of the platform. Exchanging such details with other users is permitted (unless otherwise specified) only in private correspondence.
You are responsible for maintaining communication with other users. The Service acts only as an intermediary.
The administration has the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, translate, transform, and publish materials that users add to the platform.
Each user must not violate the copyrights of third parties when publishing images or messages on the platform. If you publish someone else’s materials on the web platform, you bear full responsibility for any such infringement.
If copyright is infringed by your publications and a claim is brought against the platform or its owners/administration, you must compensate the web platform and/or its administration and/or its owners for all damages and expenses incurred in relation to that claim.
You allow the platform to send you information related to the Service and its offerings via email.
You may use any paid services offered by the Service if needed. The administration may refuse or limit any services to any user at any time, without explanation.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have read and understood the platform’s Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you accept the limitations of liability applicable to the platform and administration.

Make changes to the platform at their discretion.
Offer and provide services (paid or free) to users.
Change service types, costs, and durations at their discretion.
Provide a trial period with free activation of services and discontinue it at will.
Delete or edit any user-published materials if they do not comply with these Terms, or if they cause or may cause harm to the administration, its owners, or third parties.
Use personal data and publicly posted user materials for placement on partner platforms/sites for advertising or other purposes.
Transfer the rights obtained from the user under these Terms to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, without additional consent from the user.

19. Payment for Services

Some services on the platform are provided for a fee.
The full list of paid services and prices is available after registration and creating a profile.
All payments are one-time: there are no auto-renewals, and we do not make recurring automatic charges. Each payment is confirmed by the user separately.

20. Refund Policy

If you violate the Terms of Use, no refund will be provided for any subscription fees paid.
Because you gain immediate access to contact other users after paying for a subscription, no partial or full refund of subscription fees is generally available. However, the administration and owners reserve the right to issue refunds at their discretion.
If a refund is granted, a fee will be charged-10% of the refunded amount or a minimum of 10 EUR (whichever is higher).

21. Platform, Administration, and Owners’ Limitation of Liability

The platform, administration, and owners are not liable for any damage inflicted on any user by a third party.
The platform, administration, and owners are not responsible for the content of advertisements placed on the platform.
The platform, administration, and owners are not responsible for internal technical problems that may cause the platform to malfunction.
The platform, administration, and owners are not liable for any damage, harm, data loss, or other losses incurred while using the platform.
The platform, administration, and owners are not responsible for damage one user might cause another user through photos, messages, or any other materials or interactions on the platform. If a claim is brought against the platform, its administration, or owners, you agree to fully compensate all expenses related to that claim.
The platform, administration, and owners are not responsible for copyright or other rights violations involving information, materials, or images you add or share. In the event of a third-party claim related to copyright violations, you bear full responsibility and will fully compensate all losses related to that claim.
